1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping within India only. We do not ship to locations outside of India at this time, though international shipping is coming soon.

2. Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is successfully processed, we begin preparing it for shipment. Our typical processing time is 1-3 business days. Orders are processed on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping methods to ensure fast and reliable delivery within India:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available in select locations. Orders must be placed before 8:00 a.m. to qualify for same-day delivery.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. We also offer free shipping on orders over ₹2000.

Shipping fees for orders below this amount will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can use this link to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. International Shipping (Coming Soon)

We are excited to announce that international shipping will be available soon! Stay tuned for updates on when we will begin shipping to locations outside of India.

7. Shipping Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, Bonbon Count is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or other factors beyond our control. If you experience a shipping delay, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

8. Missing or Damaged Items

If your item is missing or damaged upon arrival, please contact us at customersupport@bonboncount.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our verification team will investigate the issue and provide a solution, which may include sending a replacement item or issuing a refund, but only after approval from the verification team.

9. Address Accuracy

To ensure prompt and accurate delivery, please provide the correct shipping address during checkout. Bonbon Count is not responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
